We’ve just launched our first website – BuildInstructions.com, and we’re pleased to share it with the world.
BuildInstructions.com is an online resource for the Warhammer gaming community. It’s basically a huge online library of build instructions (construction booklets) which hobbyists can use to help them make their favourite model kits.
It’s a simple concept, but it fulfils a need and provides a great first port of call for anyone who might have bought a Warhammer kit on a secondary market such as Ebay, only to find that it doesn’t have the instructions included.
The Build Instructions website allows users to search a library of products across all of the Warhammer ranges, find the instructions they need, and then download them as high quality PDFs.
Cross-device and easy to use
PDF Build Instructions are easy to store and can be accessed across multiple devices – Desktop, Tablet and Mobile Phones.
A growing library
At the time of launch, the BuildInstructions.com library contains over 1,200+ PDF instruction booklets, and we continue to add to that number each month.
You’ll find all in production model sets listed, along with many OOP (out of production), for everything across the 4 main product ranges: Warhammer Age of Sigmar (AoS), Warhammer – The Horus Heresy (30K), Warhammer 40,000 (40K), and the Middle Earth Strategy Battle Game (MESBG).
Going digital and doing away with disposable paper booklets
Adopting a free-to-download library of PDF build instructions also paves the way to reduce the paper consumption of the Warhammer hobby. By moving to digital native solution like BuildInstructions.com, we make it possible for model sets to be sold without paper inserts at some point in the future, which is an obvious paperless benefit and reduces waste and paper consumption.
